Can I exchange items?

Please note that we cannot handle exchanges. Instead, please send the item back and place a separate order on www.missmary.co.uk  for the item you want instead. We will refund you for the returned it by the same payment option you used when ordering.

If you have chosen invoice payment (handled by Klarna bank), the amount for your return will be credited to your invoice. You need to report the return to Klarna so that your invoice can be put on hold until we have had time to register your return. Report a return to Klarna here.
