When buying from Miss Mary, you always have the right to return your items within 100 days.
Put the return label your received with your items on the envelope and hand the envelope in for return via the post office. It's fine to return the goods in the same bag they came in. If you don't have the bag, you are welcome to use a simple unpadded envelope. Please do not forget to include the return note. If you no longer have the return note, please attach a note with your name and address so that we can find you in our system.
Please note that we cannot handle exchanges. Instead, please send the item/s back and place a separate order on www.missmary.co.uk for the item/s you want.

If you have chosen invoice payment (handled by Klarna bank), the amount for your return will be credited to your invoice. You need to report the return to Klarna so that your invoice can be put on hold until we have had time to register your return. Report a return to Klarna here.
It may take about 2 weeks after you dispatched the return until we have registered it and completed the crediting. You will receive a confirmation via email when it is done.

The link will take you to the Asendia tracking page for your package. Sometimes it can take a couple of working days from the package being sent until it has been registered with Asendia.
