You can send your return as a regular letter in the same bag or in a normal envelope. Please do not send it as a registered letter or a parcel.
Do not forget to enclose the return note. If you don’t have any return note, please attach a note with your name and address so that we can find you in our system.
Unfortunately, we cannot send you a product in exchange if you paid for your order with a bank card or via Paypal. If you did, please send the item in return and you can place a new order for the item you want instead right away.
Don’t forget to pay the postage on your return shipment as we don’t offer free returns as of now.
The amount for your return will be refunded by the same payment method you chose when ordering.
